Who these terms are with

This site and the Authreads platform are operated by Brishiv Tech Lab LLP, a company registered in India with its registered office at C-505, Titanium Business Park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - 380051. On this page, “we” and “us” mean that company. Legal notices can be served at that address or sent to legal@authreads.com.

What this covers

These draft terms cover use of the public marketing site at https://authreads.com: browsing it, and submitting the contact form. Use of the platform itself (hosted login, session management, and the rest of what's described on the platform page) is governed by a separate agreement negotiated directly with each tenant, not by this page.

Acceptable use of this site

Use this site for its intended purpose: learning about Authreads and getting in touch. Don't attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside the process described on the security page, or submit the contact form with false information or as an automated system. The form has anti-abuse controls (rate limiting and bot detection) specifically to prevent that.

No warranty, no certifications implied

This site is provided as-is. Nothing on it constitutes a warranty, a service-level commitment, or a claim of a certification Authreads does not hold. See Trust for our compliance posture stated plainly.

Governing terms for platform use

If you're a company using Authreads for your own product, the commercial and technical terms of that relationship are set out in your specific agreement with us, not by this page. This page will be expanded, and a separate platform-use agreement linked from it, once both have had professional legal review.
